Went back to the mass beans for a moment to have reference to what I don't like.
I realized after the first batch, that going only for the “craft” beans, will not allow me to have a good reference for what I am seeking, especially since the acidity test could also be challenged by different brewing methods I used to do.

Coffee Beans
For this case I still had a bag of the mass beans from Auchan, this time Vietnam ones.

The beans itself looked quite dark and had a strong smell, however nothing out of ordinary just a simple coffee one.

They were easily grinded, dry, no sticking like any normal coffee.

When it comes to the brewing I used to mention I am testing few methods. This coffee will also be a reference for those I will update this section or add a new post and link it here, to break into more details. No matter which in the end to color was quite nice, with red hue and not too dark.
Acidity Research
This segment is still being updated, when I brew a new coffee. When it comes to the acidity the results are as follows:

Coffee Rating
- Flavor – 5 Strong standard coffee, nothing expectational can be distinguished in the flavor
- Bitterness – 6 not too bitter after you get used to it after few first sips
- Acidity – 5 for me it had a bit acidic aftertaste however bitterness is stronger than this so it doesn’t last long
- Sweetness – 1 nothing sweet here for me
- Initial rating – 5 its just a ok all rounder, will be used in future for references
- After time rating – To be updated
Conclusion
This return test is for the new segment references and idea testing, which may be updated in future and also branch in a new type of posts. When it comes to the coffee you may guess from the rating I am not a fan of this one.
